I am trained as a Life Coach with the Institute of Leadership Management, and offer one-to-one and group coaching sessions for individuals and corporations.
I specialise in Goal Setting and Stress Management and my approach is holistic, combining my trainings in meditation, yoga, and mindfulness to create a 360degree approach to wellbeing and balance that is grounded very much in everyday life. I want to enable you to take better control of your life, improving the health and happiness of your body and mind.
A bit of pressure in life is important – it keeps us interested, engaged, stimulated etc. – but when it mounts into stress, the health of both our body & mind can suffer. Whether you have a specific difficult situation you'd like to work through, or are just generally feeling burnt out, coaching can help. All the techniques are 'take home', so it's really about learning how to help yourself. I also offer a 6 week mindfulness, stress management and goal setting course available for corporate teams and individuals.
