Lily is trained as a Stress Management Coach with the Institute of Leadership Management, and offers one-to-one and group coaching sessions for individuals and corporations.
Her approach is holistic, and combines her trainings in meditation, yoga, and mindfulness to create a 360degree approach to wellbeing and balance that is grounded very much in everyday life.
