An opportunity to get away from day-to-day life, sink into yourself a little bit, restore energy levels and press-reset. There will be 4 yoga or bodywork sessions, 2 meditation sessions, a coaching workshop on stress management and self care, guided evening relaxation classes (yoga nidra), plus delicious vegetarian meals.
